IBIS Tilburg, located at Dr Hub van Doorneweg 105 in Tilburg, is sponsor of the T-Meeting. They provide overnight stays for the international athletes during the T-Meeting weekend.

JK Productions is a partner of the T-Meeting. Caretaker of the sound system, music and sound staging during the event. JK Productions is located in Goirle.

The IPC supports the T-Meeting as an official competition for para-athletes.

World Athletics supports the T-Meeting with the World Ranking Competition status (category E). This allows athletes to earn points for the World Ranking and, based on their position on this World Ranking, can directly qualify for tournaments.

The Dutch Athletics federation (Atletiekunie) supports the T-Meeting by making this competition part of the Track & Field series.

As a replacement for the previous Dutch national track circuit, a new initiative of the Track & Field Series has been developed in 2023 with seven organizers. All high-quality competitions with unique elements and in which athletes are optimally facilitated in achieving limits and personal records. All competitions in the Track & Field Series belong to the World Athletics Ranking Competitions category D or E.
